Oahu Hawaii Day3 part1

Today I slept in and didn't get to the Arizona memorial until almost 11:00 am, way late in the day to try and get a ticket to get on the boat to the memorial. As I walked up they were handing out tickets for the 3:30pm departure. the guy at the desk asked how many in my party and I said one he asked me to hold on a minute and went to talk to the other two people in the ticket stand, He came back and said I was in luck as a single they had one ticket left for the boat leaving in 30 min! my lucky day! It is hard to describe the feel of the memorial and the feelings it invokes but to say powerful is not even close..
